We need to better support them to overcome their own stress that leads to friendly fire and viral you tube videos. Stress doesn't just lead to their depression and suicidal thoughts, it can also increase incidents of excessive force, anger and mistakes on their own part.

Transitioning some funds to other professionals, or deeper training into mental diseases should be considered but not from a place of stressed out anger, but peace.
